Terms of Use

Agreement

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and SUUR SOCIAL ("SUUR SOCIAL," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using SUUR SOCIAL, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using SUUR SOCIAL for a company, client, or team, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

SUUR SOCIAL provides tools to catalog creator content, manage publishing metadata, connect authorized Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube accounts, upload or schedule posts, and view publishing and analytics snapshots. The service does not guarantee platform approval, reach, engagement, revenue, audience growth, or that a platform will accept or keep any post live.

Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be legally able to enter into these terms and comply with the rules of each connected platform.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sign-in links, access credentials, and connected account access.
• You may connect only social accounts that you own or are authorized to manage.
• You are responsible for all activity performed through your SUUR SOCIAL account or connected social accounts.

Your Content and Publishing Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you submit to SUUR SOCIAL. You grant us a limited license to host, process, render, store, transmit, and display that content solely to provide and improve the service. You are responsible for reviewing every asset, caption, hashtag, disclosure, schedule, destination account, and platform setting before publishing or scheduling.

You represent that you have all rights, permissions, licenses, and consents needed to:

• Upload, edit, store, and publish the content through SUUR SOCIAL.
• Use any people, names, likenesses, trademarks, music, images, videos, screenshots, or third-party materials included in the content.
• Make any claims, endorsements, disclosures, or commercial statements included in the content.

Platform Rules

Your use of SUUR SOCIAL must comply with the terms, developer policies, community guidelines, content rules, music rules, advertising rules, and commercial disclosure requirements of each connected platform, including:

• TikTok, including the TikTok Developer Terms.
• Meta and Instagram, including applicable Meta Platform Terms, Instagram rules, and Meta policies.
• YouTube, including the YouTube Terms of Service and YouTube API Services Terms of Service. By using YouTube-connected features in SUUR SOCIAL, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.

If platform rules conflict with a SUUR SOCIAL feature, you must follow the platform rules. We may change, disable, or limit features to maintain compliance.

Connected Accounts and Authorization

When you connect a social account, you authorize SUUR SOCIAL to access and use the account data and permissions approved in the relevant authorization flow. This may include reading account metadata, uploading media, publishing content, checking post status, and retrieving analytics. You can disconnect accounts in the product or revoke access from the destination platform.

Scheduling and Automation

Scheduling features depend on platform API availability, token validity, file processing, queue timing, and the destination platform's acceptance of the post. Scheduled posts may fail or publish later than expected. You are responsible for checking publishing status and making sure time-sensitive content is correct.

Analytics and Performance Data

Analytics are provided for operational insight only. Metrics may be delayed, incomplete, estimated, unavailable, revised by platforms, or different from what is shown inside each native platform. SUUR SOCIAL may use aggregated or de-identified performance patterns to improve product workflows and recommendations.

Acceptable Use

You may not use SUUR SOCIAL to:

• Violate laws, platform rules, intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or contractual obligations.
• Publish deceptive, unlawful, harmful, infringing, abusive, harassing, hateful, or spam content.
• Upload malware, attempt to bypass security controls, scrape the service, overload infrastructure, or interfere with other users.
• Misrepresent your identity, account authorization, endorsements, commercial relationships, or the origin of content.
• Collect, infer, or misuse sensitive personal data without all required rights, permissions, and lawful basis.

Third-Party Services

SUUR SOCIAL depends on third-party services, including social platforms, hosting providers, storage providers, and email providers. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, policies, outages, moderation decisions, account restrictions, API changes, or data practices. Your use of third-party services is governed by their own terms and policies.

Fees

If paid features are offered, pricing, billing terms, taxes, renewal terms, and cancellation terms will be presented before purchase or in a separate order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and Changes

We may modify, pause, suspend, or discontinue any part of SUUR SOCIAL at any time, including to improve the service, address security issues, comply with platform requirements, or maintain reliability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you violated these terms, created risk for SUUR SOCIAL or a platform, infringed rights, or used the service in a way that could harm users, platforms, or our infrastructure. You may stop using SUUR SOCIAL at any time and request deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

SUUR SOCIAL is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and performance results.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUUR SOCIAL will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, lost goodwill, account restrictions, takedowns, or platform moderation decisions. Our total liability for any claim related to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to SUUR SOCIAL for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars.

Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SUUR SOCIAL from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from your content, connected accounts, use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of platform rules, or infringement of any rights.

Updates to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows when they were last updated. If we make material changes, we may provide additional notice where practical. Continued use of SUUR SOCIAL after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
